Giving Back

Did you know? Zoë Royer donates a significant portion of her Council salary back to the community.

Already this year, her family has created two charitable endowment funds, and provided significant contributions to the Crossroads Hospice Society, Kinsight Community Society, Foundation, Firefighters Charitable Society, Mossom Creek Hatchery, Noons Creek Hatchery, Rotary, and the Mary Anne Cooper Legacy Fund to name just some of the local charities Zoe and her husband support.

The Royers believe that giving back fosters a more inclusive and equitable society.

"It has been the greatest honour of my life to have been elected Councillor to serve the residents of Port Moody from 2011 - 2022.

In gratitude, every year I donate a significant portion of my council salary back to local community groups and non-profits, such as Rotary, Hospice, local hatcheries, foundations, legacy projects and other charities."
